EOT 22GHz (25GHz) InGaAs光電探測器內置PIN光電二極管,通過光伏效應將光功率轉換成電流。當通過50歐姆電阻連接到示波器時,可以測量激光器的脈寬。當通過50歐姆電阻連接到光譜分析儀時,可以測量激光器的頻率響應。EOT 22GHz InGaAs光電探測器采用內置偏壓電源,鋰電池壽命很長。通過一根同軸電纜連接光電探測器的BNC輸入口,并通過50歐姆電阻連接示波器或光譜分析儀,就足以運行。
