儀器簡介：
XR-100SDD 硅漂移探測器(SDD)是Amptek 公司X 光探測器系列的**成員，是一代革命性的產品。它 性能高、尺寸小、低成本，使它成為OEM 制造商的理想選擇，用于生產從手持式到臺式分析儀器。硅漂 移探測器(SDD)實現了極高計數率下優異的能量分辨率。同其它Amptek 公司生產的探測器一樣，它被封 裝在TO-8 外殼內，所以它的波形因數可直接轉換為現有系統所用，兼容Amptek 公司生產的所有配件。
