三層結(jié)構(gòu)噴嘴底噴優(yōu)勢 The Advantage of Under-Bed Spray
1，保護氣體是為了防止霧化氣體由于流速過快而在噴嘴四周所產(chǎn)生的負壓區(qū)， 保護氣體的出現(xiàn)避免了物料填補負壓區(qū)， 從而避免了物料堵塞噴嘴的現(xiàn)象。
The microclimate prevents underpressure at the nozzle opening by the atomizing air escaping at high rate and so its slow choking.
2，在物料床底下形成有效的保護氣流， 確保整個生產(chǎn)過程中， 黏合劑與物料得以充份接觸。
It increases the bubbling underbed by its own air volume and enlarges so the approachable product surface during the complete process.
3，當(dāng)黏合劑在噴出的一瞬間， 由于受保護氣體作用， 使之與流化氣體短暫分隔， 避免因流化氣體溫度過高而引發(fā)黏合劑在噴嘴口凝固結(jié)塊。
