乳化反應釜 | |
| 本反應釜主要有釜體，上下封頭，傳熱夾套，攪拌系統，乳化剪切系統，傳動電機，電控柜，變頻調速系統等組成。 The reactor mainly consists of a kettle body, an upper sealing head and a lower sealing head, a heat transfer jacket, a stirring system, an emulsion cutting system, a transmission motor, an electric control cabinet and a variable frequency speed regulating system. 物料在反應釜，即可以得到均勻攪拌，又可以乳化剪切器剪切，使物料得到迅速細化，加速反應速度，使生成的產品更均勻。主要規格有：0.5 m3~10 m3。 The materials in the reactor can be evenly stirred and also cut by the emulsion cutter, so that the materials are quickly refined, the reaction is accelerated and the product is more even.
