產品介紹： NE系列板鏈式提升機 主要特點： 1、提升范圍廣。這類提升機對物料的種類、特性及塊度的要求少；可提升粉狀、粒狀和塊狀物料；可提升磨琢性的物料；可提升溫度＜250度的高溫物料。 2、輸送能力大。提升量可達15-800m3/h。 3、能耗低。提升機可采用大容料斗輸送，鏈速低提升量大，無回料和挖料現象，因此驅動功率小，比環鏈式提升機節電25%-45%左右。 4、使用壽命長。輸送鏈采用板鏈式高強度耐磨鏈條，延長了鏈條的使用壽命。正常情況下，輸送鏈的使用壽命超過5年以上，運轉率接近100%。 5、提升高度高。這類提升機鏈速低，運行平穩，因此可達較高的提升高度（＜40m）。 6、運行可靠。先進的設計原理，保證了整機運行的可靠性。 7、操作方便。維修量少，易損件少。 8、使用生產成本低。 9、密封性好，環境污染少。 10、機械尺寸小。與同等提升量的其他各類提升機比較，這類提升機的機械尺寸較小。 NE series chain type elevator main characteristics: 1.Wide application for many kinds of material.
