Over the years, Nanocyl has acquired extensive knowledge of the production and the modification processes of carbon nanotubes.

AQUACYL? is Nanocyl’s innovative aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotubes that is answering the industry’s needs for eco- and cost-friendly waterborne solutions which enable conductivity.
Because Nanocyl only selects carbon nanotubes with the highest compatibility with water for this product, AQUACYL dispersions have an ionic surfactant for superior dispersion and stability.
AQUACYL is the ideal product for incorporating carbon nanotubes technologies into waterborne systems for antistatic coatings, transparent films, clean rooms, and other applications.
Chemists and formulators have already begun replacing organic solvents with AQUACYL in key applications, such as coatings, ESD flooring and air filters, because of its environmental and cost-competitive advantages over previous solutions.

ELASTOCYL? HTV1001 is a Nanocyl? 10 wt% CNT dispersion in Vinyl-terminated Silicone polymer has been specifically designed for extrusion and compression molded of HTV/HCR compounds.
It provides full compatibility, high anti-static performance, high tinting power and functional dispersions into the silicone elastomer matrix.

THERMOCYL? is Nanocyl’s trade name for a range of CNT dispersions that provide thermal protection on any substrate. Based on silicone resins containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes, THERMOCYL? exhibits exceptional flame barrier properties combined with excellent adhesion to glass, wood, metals, composites and thermoplastics.
It also provides improved abrasion and scratch resistance, and produces no toxic gases or fire droplets.
The viscosity of THERMOCYL? resins is shear-rate dependent, making it the perfect candidate for non-dripping paints.
THERMOCYL? is available in a wide range of viscosities for sprayable and brushable coatings, and gunnable sealants.

BIOCYL? is Nanocyl’s trade name for a range of eco-friendly, fouling release paints designed for all major marine coating applications, such as ship hulls, oil rigs, and underwater intake valves.
BIOCYL’s unique nanostructure, based on silicone resins containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes, prevents common marine organisms from adhering to coated surfaces. This means barnacles and ulva will drop off BIOCYL-coated surfaces as soon as there is a water flow or disturbance equal to a ship moving at 4 knots or more.
In contrast with the current coatings used for marine applications, BIOCYL? is non-toxic. The anti-fouling properties are not caused by the toxicity of the coating, but instead come from the nanostructure of the BIOCYL coating surface.
Field trials have also confirmed that BIOCYL’s performance is even better in many cases than the performance of current toxic anti-fouling technologies.
However, it is important to note that the performance of BIOCYL? is dependent on Nanocyl’s proprietary dispersion technique and selection of primers. Using this methodology properly will help achieve perfect adhesion to substrates, and the best fouling release results.
