工作原理 PRINCIPLE:
空氣通過過濾器和加熱器，進入干燥器頂部的空氣分配器，熱空氣呈螺旋狀均勻進入干燥器。料液由料液槽經(jīng)過濾器由泵送至干燥器頂部的離心霧化器，使料液噴成極小的物狀液滴，料液和熱空氣并流接觸，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在短時間內干燥為成品。成品由干燥塔底部和旋風分離器排出，廢氣由風機抽出排出。
Air is turned into hot air through air filter and heater and enters into hot air distributor at the top of dry chamber and enters into dry chamber spirally and evenly.At the same time liquid of raw material is sent to centrifugal atomizer at the top of dry chamber pumped by pump through filter.In which liquid of raw material atmizes ting droplets.Air and liquid of raw material is dried into finished product in a short time.The finished product is discharged through cyclone scparator at the bottom of drier.The wasred air is exhausted through fan.

Its dry speed is very quick.Ingeneral,it needs 5-15 seconds;It has feature of momentary dry.
Because raw material can be dried momentarily.Especially,it is suitable for drying thermal sensitive raw ,materials.It can maintain color,smell and taste of raw materials.
Its operatiom is stable and simple.Its regulation and control is very convenient.It is easy to realize continuous.controlled production.
The distribution,fluidity and solubility produce are good.
應用范圍SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
化學工業(yè): 氟化鈉(鉀)、堿性染料顏料、染料中間體、復合肥、甲醛硅酸、 催化劑、硫酸劑、氨基酸、白炭黑等。
塑料樹脂: AB，ABS乳液、尿醛樹脂、酚醛樹脂、密膠(脲)甲醛樹脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。
食品工業(yè): 富脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、代乳粉、蛋精(黃)等 食物及植物： 燕麥、雞汁、咖啡、速溶茶、調味香料肉、蛋白質、大豆、花生蛋、白質、水解物等糖類：玉米漿、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、果膠、麥芽糖、山梨酸鉀等。
陶瓷：氧化鋁、瓷磚材料、氧化鎂、滑石等。
CHEMICAL INDUSTRY：Sodium fluoride(potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent ,amino acid, white carbon and so on.
PLASTICS AND RESIN:AB、ABS emulsion, uric acid resin, phenolic aldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, formaldehyde resin, polythene,poly-chloroprene and etc.
FOOD LANDUDTRY: Fatty milk powder, cocoa milk powder, substitute milk power, ege white(yolk) and plant, oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant dissoluble tea, seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate and so forth. Sugar corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, sorbic acid postassium and etc.
CERAMIC: Aluminium oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talcum and so on.
