鑄造涂料
石墨乳的主要成分是石墨(微粉石墨)黑灰色;有油膩感,可污染紙張。硬度為1~2,沿垂直方向隨雜質的增加其硬度可增至3~5。比重為1.9~2.3。在隔絕氧氣條件下,其熔點在3000℃以上,是*耐溫的礦物之一。常溫下石墨粉的化學性質比較穩定,不溶于水、稀酸、稀堿和有機溶劑。
,鑄造涂料是鑄造過程中覆蓋在型芯表面以改善其表面耐火性,化學穩定性,抗金屬液沖刷性,抗粘砂性等性能的鑄造輔助材料;鑄造涂料可制成漿狀,膏狀或粉狀,用噴,刷,侵,流等方法涂敷在型芯表面。能延長模具的使用壽命1-3倍.具有良好的潤滑性、脫模性、化學穩定性、高溫附著性、提高模具使用壽命和鍛件質量。不污染環境,使用方便。
The
main component of graphite emulsion is graphite (micro-powder graphite)
black-gray; it has greasy feeling and can pollute paper. The hardness
is 1-2, and increases to 3-5 along the vertical direction with the
increase of impurities. The specific gravity is 1.9-2.3. Under the
condition of oxygen isolation, its melting point is above 3000 C, which
is one of the most temperature-resistant minerals. At room temperature,
the chemical properties of graphite powder are relatively stable,
insoluble in water, dilute acid, dilute alkali and organic solvents.
Foundry
coating is a casting auxiliary material covering the core surface in
the process of casting to improve its fire resistance, chemical
stability, anti-metal liquid scouring and anti-sticking properties.
Foundry coating can be made into slurry, paste or powder, which can be
applied on the core surface by spraying, brushing, invasion, flow and
other methods. It can prolong the service life of the die by 1-3 times.
It has good lubricity, demoulding, chemical stability, high temperature
adhesion, improving the service life of the die and the quality of
forgings. It does not pollute the environment and is easy to use.
