儀器簡介：
XR-100CR 是一種新的高性能x 射線探測器，包括前置放大器和致冷系統，通過熱電法冷卻的Si-PIN 光
電二極管作為X 射線探測器。在二級致冷系統上還裝有輸入場效應管和一個新型的反饋電路。這些組
件在大約-55°C 的環境下工作，其溫度由一個內置的溫度傳感器控制。探測器的密封TO-8 包裝有一個
鈹薄膜窗口，用于軟x 射線探測
